01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliz05 ("jiliz05," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliz05 website at jiliz05.net, including all games, services, promotions, and features available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jiliz05, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliz05 Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the jiliz05 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jiliz05, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) jiliz05 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following general bonus conditions apply across all jiliz05 offers unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiliz05 — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, online sabong, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or sport betting section. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jiliz05 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement

jiliz05 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity conducted through the Platform. Relevant account data may be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliz05 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from any jiliz05 content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliz05 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

jiliz05 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability, for which jiliz05 accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliz05's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by jiliz05's own wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11 Termination

jiliz05 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been detected or is reasonably suspected
• The account is believed to be involved in fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players
• jiliz05 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute or investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after deducting any amounts owed to jiliz05.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting jiliz05 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of your jiliz05 account, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the jiliz05 customer support team via live chat. Please provide all relevant details including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your concern.

jiliz05 will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive written response within five (5) business days. Where an investigation is required, the resolution period may be extended, and you will be informed of the expected timeline.

If you remain dissatisfied with jiliz05's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. jiliz05 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

13 Amendments

jiliz05 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliz05 will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification upon login, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect — except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the jiliz05 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jiliz05 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page at any given time is the current operative version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before engaging in high-value wagers or claiming new promotions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 12. Nothing in this clause prevents jiliz05 from seeking emergency or interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
